Expansion screws are widely used in daily life because it's great stability, but after the installation, it is not easy to fall off, how to remove the expansion bolt?
First, how to remove the plastic expansion bolt
1, If you want to remove the plastic expansion bolt, you first need to remove the expansion screw, and then remove the screw, you can directly hit the screw inside the wall with a hammer, and then prepare a pair of pliers, the screw outside the iron out, and then clamp the screw, shaking at the same time can be drawn out. Then with the help of a hammer, shake it up and down a few times, you can take it out, but it is still more difficult, to master the skills, to be able to take it down.
2, You can also first take down the nuts and gaskets on the wall, and then gently tap the screws in, leaving only a distance of 1 mm, and then use the welding machine to screw the screws and expansion nuts on, note that it can not be tightened. Prepare a stick, snag the screw, stick it in the just-welded place, and then directly knock it down, this method is more suitable for difficult-to-remove expansion bolts.
Second, how to install expansion screws
1. The installation needs to prepare the electric drill, drill, and hammer, including the driver, and then choose an alloy drill with the same diameter as the expansion tube. First, drill holes in the wall, and the depth of the holes and the length of the bolts should be consistent.
2. Next, the expansion screw kit is buried into the hole together, do not rush to loosen the nut to prevent it from falling into the hole later, which is not good to take out.
3, Then tighten the nut, feel relatively tight, there will be no loosening, and then screw the nut off. Stationary items will be required. Drive into the bolt, and finally install the two outer gaskets, and tighten the nuts.
4, The selected drill should also match the diameter of the expansion screw, if you want to play 10 mm holes, then use 6 mm is almost enough. If 8mm, you can punch 12mm holes.
